Sweeping up the debris - fit your salvager mods

I've spent some time sweeping up all the bits and pieces on the site that weren't very successful. True to its name, the only aspect of the site that is really used is the fiction. Quite a few people read the stories here on a daily basis, and that is quite nice to see, given that this is a niche interest spawned by a niche interest game. It's only fitting that the written word should be the sole focus here, and that the clutter and distractions should be swept aside.

Story submission is via email only now: please check the 'Submit Story' link for guidelines on submitting your work.

The forums have also gone.

I have retained the Eve chronicle and Eve news feeds -- mostly because I find them more useful to read than attempting to read them on the official site. With the news especially, it's a lottery whether or not you need to log in or not (tricky if you're not currently subbed) to see what someone links you to.
